My Story
My hope is that you find peace with your past, happiness in the present, and excitement for your future.
I’m passionate about helping people move past being stuck in negative feelings, thoughts, and behaviors. My goal is to help you find relief from emotional pain rooted in past traumatic events, so you can experience real, lasting change.
I use Rapid Resolution Therapy® (RRT), developed by Dr. Jon Connelly at the Institute for Rapid Resolution Therapy, Inc., along with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), to help adults work through:
• Abuse and trauma, including PTSD
• Anxiety, social anxiety, and depression
• ADHD
• Relationship issues and heartbreak
• Anger, shame, resentment, and regret
I hold a Master of Social Work from Aurora University (2010) and a Bachelor of Social Work from Loyola University Chicago (2009). Before moving into mental health, I worked as a registered dental hygienist, earning my Associate of Applied Science in Dental Hygiene from William Rainey Harper College in 2007.
Outside of work, I love singing, painting, and sewing, and spending time with my husband and children.
